Do I own ADD and/or OCD? PLEASE HELP!!?
Now for my OCD. First of adjectives, I am a huge germ freak, and constantly clean my hand. I hate to be touched by relatives and always wipe the spot where on earth I was touched near my hand. I cannot touch doorhandles. However, when I do touch something, I must touch it beside both hands; and if I touch one entity on my body, I must touch the exact oppposite side of my body. (like both ears) Another thing: I of late found out that my honors English teacher occasionaly hide a camera in the class and tape the class. This completely freaks my out. I cannot concentrate at all contained by the class. Please help if you can!!
Answers: Please tell to your family doctor more or less these symptoms. Sometimes there are biological/physiological reason these things happen - thyroid level out of balance is one that specifically comes to mind. It is best if you have some blood test run, to check things like your thyroid level, before assuming that it may be some sort of psychological disorder.
Even if it does turn out this is man caused by OCD or ADD, in attendance is help available for you, and you shouldn't try to suffer through these symptoms. Please clear an appointment with your line doctor, and be honest with him or her - and DO ask to hold your thyroid tested, ok? All the best to you.
i had both. They r still at hand somewhat but not as bad. There is a cure, ask God for assistance.
