my mother always tell me im going to get a helth problem by holding it within when i have to use the restroom (tinkle) holding it surrounded by for 6-8 hours is a breeze for me, i only do it when i grain like i own to, like when im within a public place, i have a phobia nearly using a public restroom. if we go on trips i will continue to use it for days if i have to.
