Need assistance within curbing my apetite which is uncontrolled?
Answers: Drink lots of water and devour healthy things which saturate you up and provide your body with fiber (such as fruits and veggies).
I also recommend taking an honest look at the stress even in your time (stress hormones can increase appetite and slow metabolism), the company you keep (friends who get through too much can be a huge influence), and whether you have unpleasant emotion that you are trying to suppress with violent eating. Don't budge too long with your stomach void, or you may overindulge and because you are eating quick, you may overeat. Good luck - there's a lot of factor that contribute to the size of our appetites! :o)
