If ...........?

If someone who has be eating crap and gone down out and has be totally inactive for a long time (but hasn't gain a single pound which means she have a fast metabolism), starts working out 30-45 minutes and eat healthy and stays moving most of the day, will she lose counterbalance quicker than someone who has other been consumption healthy and working out for a long time??

how much do you expect she could lose in 2-3 weeks?

by the means of access, I'm talking roughly speaking me and this other girl who is my height and consignment 5 ft 4" and 120 lbs and we both need to lose 6-8 lbs surrounded by 3 weeks for my wedding.

Answers:    You might know how to pull it stale. If you really commit to not over eating and exercising every sunshine. Low intensity long duration work outs that work large muscles are the best. Such as jog. Also for your friend lifting weights will boost her metabolism.
well i infer that a person who ALWAYS exercised would probably lose counterbalance faster, since they know how to exercise and are used to it, but a person who's newly starting should have some more problems than the latter, surrounded by my opinion... but i conjecture that both ways are pretty good....i don't kinow more or less how much weight u can lose though.
