Why is it when I hold an IV I can fancy and smell the injection?
Everytime I get an IV drip I can smell and morsel every drug the nurse gives me? It really make me afraid of them. It tastes awful too.
Answers: There are some meds. . . . .especially antibiotics that you in actuality can taste and they drink awful. Try chewing gum or sucking on a peppermint if you have to seize injections often. It help me.
Get a box of hard candies to suck on.
