Anyone used Salvia or Kratom as a marijuana substitute?

If so, can you describe the experience in relationship to a MJ illustrious?

Answers:    Salvia divinorum is, as said above, way more hallucinogenic than cannabis, even surrounded by extreme amounts. If smoked the duration is also much shorter. Kratom, Mitragyna speciosa, is more towards the opiate style drugs, although oddly stimulating, some ethnic group get a drunkened opinion spinning and such. Neither are anything close to cannabis, doubt you will find anything out there that is to say exactly the same. I hold heard that indisputable spicy smoking blends can bring a cannabis like glorious but is still reported different than cannabis.
I have used Salvia... but not as a marijuana substitute. And the soaring experienced with both hold almost no relationship.

I consider Salvia to have more of a 'mushroom' effect. The statistic is something approaching half of adjectives Salvia users actually dislike the effect it have on them, and say they won't use it again.

While on Salvia abundant people enjoy divine insight, see things, be aware of themselve become different objects, etc. This is very different from marijuana where on earth you just touch good.

This is a verbs where you can find several different experiences that people own had while on lower than the influence of Salvia. http://www.salvia.net/en/experiences.htm

Also, I do not recommend that you use it... especially if you aren't in a resourcefully known place next to people you trust.

Using Salvia as a marijuana substitute would be resembling using salt as a sugar substitute.
