It happens a out once a year where on earth I get REALLY dizzy to the point where on earth the whole room is spinning and I could trip up over. My heart beats really efficient, legs turn to jelly and my hands shake.

The GP say she doesn't think it's anything sinister and blood pressure is ok, I am on no meds.

Could it be stress, the reality that I work on a computer for 12hrs a day, or possibly it's because I need goggles?

Hi i used to suffer from the same problems, it started the first time i started on the tricks mushrooms whilst drunk, it could go on for hours, i used to sit surrounded by my bedroom naked and simply sing to myself, i once dreamt i could fly and leapt out of my pane, luckily enough someone have put a concrete path merely outside to break my fall or god know what could of happened! im ok presently just find it uncormfortable typing from a rudder chair. not as much fun as it used to be but hey thats time.
