Answers: Urine in the body is sterile. It can be contaminated though, especially contained by women, and lead to urinary tract infections and bladder infections, etc. However, barring any infection, yes, urine is sterile.
I wouldn't telephone it sterile necessarily, but it is definitely the cleanest bodily fluid within is, as urine goes through a filter process before man eliminated from the body. I would NEVER do it, but I in actuality saw a special on TV that said people can drink their own urine. Nasty!
