My mother has be sick now for give or take a few a week with a stomach virus and be told by a nurse she needs to replace her electrolytes. She does not similar to sports drinks and has be only drinking river but is still weak from no appetite and not intake. Can she use pedialyte or is there something resembling pedialyte for adults?

There's a type of water call "smartwater." it's got electrolytes contained by it, but no taste, in recent times water. You can achieve it at certain grocery stores. If you google their site, you can look up which stores contained by your area get it. Good luck!!
