Im really sick please oblige!?

i am really sick! i feel horrible. i enjoy terrible chills, body ache, a headache, sore throat, and extreme fatigue. i have be sleeping most of the day and im freezing even beside layers. i come up with i probably have a disorientation. i feel really impossible whats wrong and how can i feel better?!?!
