I seem to procure nosebleeds at least once a year. What is the best method to stop it fast? What could be cause it. I have have one everyday since Friday.

Answers:    It could be your sinuses. I have nosebleeds a couple of times a light of day and I finally went to the doctor and I enjoy a Severe Sinus Infection! To stop it put a washcloth or towel to your nose and squeeze the bridge of the antenna [[because this is where the blood vessel come from and you want to constrict them.]] Do not lean your head subsidise because you do not want the blood re-directing and draining into your throat... and see your doctor!
