All it does is dehydrate you, you with the sole purpose lose water freight, which is not good since your body desires water, not simply to survive, but to metabolize fat.
Stuff resembling this is a waste of money. As a thing of fact Hydroxycut a short time ago lost a lawsuit against them for false advertising, have to pay millions to the court.
