sometimes my neck muscles "jump" or spasm within the FRONT part of my collar (i'm a female, if I be a male it would be beneath my chin where my adam's apple would be) what cause this? how can I stop it..is it a major medical problem or not?

Answers:    Sounds similar to a lack of magnesium or calcium.
Happens to me sometimes and afterwards I take a pill of the above and it go away...
