How long does it cart to become an EMS?

Answers:    I just completed a course at arts school to become an EMT-B, it took about 16 weeks and I have the best time of my life! It's a great course and even though 16 weeks sounds resembling a long time, the amount of fun you have surrounded by the classroom makes is give the impression of being like such a moment. EMT-I and EMT-P take profusely longer because they are trained in ALS<- Advanced Life Support. ALS involes research how to insert IV lines and complicated airways, so it takes longer. EMT-P (Paramedics) is in truth a college course in some colleges, and is a two year study, base on the fact that you own to learn how to administer medication through IV's, protected complicated airways, advanced pre-hospital life support and lots other things. One thing more or less EMS, is that it constanly changes, it's not a moment ago a job, it's a lifelong trade full of learning. There is other something new to swot and practice in this area.

Hope this helps a bit!
do you tight emt?? It depends on what level EMT-B 6 months.. EMT-I 17 months
