For anyone who's had one or lives next to someone who has ... I forgot to ask the nurses and presently it's too late! Tomorrow morning I own to take my first dose of Picolax and mid-afternoon the second dose. How long are you certainly on the toilet for each time? I expect, is it all sunshine and night or in recent times half an hour after respectively dose, or...? Just wondering as I have a dog and cat to nurture inbetween all this and they will probably get through me alive if they don't get their food ;-) Thanks within advance for any comfort you can give! Answers:    Haven't have to have one but, however my mother was competent to move around in between trips to the bathroom, and taking the required drug. IThe dosage is spread out a bit so you are not constantly taking it. You might want to invest in some body wipe, from all the trips to the bathroom, you might capture a little bit sore. Call up and ask your nurse, they'll be your best bet.. Be prepared to sleep after your procedure, and afterwards eat something moral when you wake up!
After adjectives that fasting, everything should predilection good!

Tips for the prep:
To decline any anal discomfort, use adult damp wipes or a marine spray to clean past its sell-by date instead of toilet paper.
Keep plenty of clear liquid on hand to drink. Water get boring and you need to stay hydrated.
Follow doctor's instructions. You wouldn't want to own to do the prep all over again because you didn't procure it right the first time.
Be prepared to spend most of the day up to that time your test on the toilet. Bring a book.
Call the doctor's department for help if you hold any trouble or don't understand the prep instructions.
