Is a soul that have a drug addiction really hold a sickness?
Answers: When you are addicted your brain's receptors need doesn`t matter what chemical you are addicted to. It may have be stupid to start in the first place, but the cravings are not their blame, as the physical withdrawal for most drugs is intense...family sometimes get hospitalized for weeks for alcohol debt because if it gets fruitless enough you CAN die from it. So within a sense, some of these people set themselves up to where on earth they NEED these drugs to survive.
Our understanding of rehabilitation is VERY strange, and we still don't know how to deal beside addiction in a scientifically repeatable opening. The most obvious example is we don't cure heroin addict, we just receive them hooked on methadone instead. A lot of rehab programs just train populace to transfer their addiction. Go to an AA meeting or rehab center soon and count the number of smokers...then ask how various smoked while they were addict.
Staying with someone who is addicted prevents them from reaching the realization that they can't sustain fighting fit relationships while on drugs. They NEED to lose friends and family as cog of the awakening process. You don't have to stop checking up on them, in recent times refuse to connect on any sensitive of physical/emotional/financial level until they can prove they really want to carry clean.
So yes...it is a sickness but not surrounded by the same means of access as others, and since it hasn't been studied or thought of as a medical issue for fundamentally long, there is not a soul method of treatment, making it much harder to deal next to rehabilitation.
And no willpower isn't enough to stop...if you believe that you are pretty oblivious since people enjoy been trying willpower since man started experimenting near drugs and it rarely works alone...nearby needs to be a system contained by place for recovery to transpire.
It's a sickness and not stupidity. if you were really close to someone with these disorder try to help her/him. Who know's you might stockpile a life.
