The soles of my foot are cracky and dry. What cream to use?

Is reflexology helpful or a moment ago makes dry foot worse?

Answers:    You can use a cream called Eucerin. It's slickly found in drug stores. You will want the cream that comes within a white jar (unless they switched packaging) vs. the lotion that comes in a tube or bottle.
Good matured Vaseline is great too.

Apply the cream at night and wrap your foot w/ plastic wrap (sounds funny, but works) Place socks over the plastic wrap to insure maximum absorption, the plastic and socks give support to hold in roast.
You will want to do this every so often even when your skin have healed to prevent it from inveterate.

Get a pumice stone to remove excess skin on a regular basis. Be sure to soak foot @ least twice a month to ensure softness and moisturize foot daily after bathing to maintain soft, clean and nourishing.
keep you foot clean and dry contained by use vasoline, this should help them
