Quitting Smoking tips?

i hold been a fulltime smoker since the age of 12.
i fell pregnant within april and smoked right up until 4months pregnant, i felt so doomed to failure and horrible but there be nothing i could do i feel like i have tried everything and i was of late destined to be a smoker Until i came up next to a technique
The main smoke for me be the first one in the morning, I would stir up every morning dying to have one
but simply told myself i WASNT allowed to have any cigerettes until after 12.... I get myself into that reutine and than made my first smoke later surrounded by the afternoon when i could handle it
Soon satisfactory, cigerettes started tasting close to crap and i started only have 2 a day... than from 2 to 1.... And presently i dont even want a smoke
I believe its rediculous trying to give up cold turkey... for some ancestors it may work, but others like myself.. NO road.
I tried it so many times and it didnt work for me, I have to train myself to slowly give up
and hey it worked... You could make a contribution it a try.. if it doesnt work for you, try another technique that you make up.
It is mind over thing, i told myself i wasnt a smoker and why did i want one? just communicate yourself into everything about giving up.
its deffinetly going to be thorny, its not easy trying to dispense up ANYWAY. but its just something your going to hold to do IF you are ready!
endow with it a go, whats the worse that could develop?
