- any Goverment simply can but a national program to school thier people in the region of how to prevent , early detect , treat the diseaes the lead to organ failure " as hepatits , Aids or any disease "

- you must know that nearly all long-suffering didn't CURE or BEING NORMAL after organ donation the donation is only lend a hand at INCREASE LIFE EXPECTANCY and the patient will also be diseased

- you cann't at like peas in a pod time donate to whom you want for example close friend can need organ transplantation but your organ is " not compatable near his body as you blood group , leukterin types..ect what is named "organ transplantation rejection" " various factors stands as difficulty to accomplish organ transplantation
