There could be many reason for the pain, because it be during your period I'm thinking a cyst on your ovary?

are you sure you are not pregnant?i am not maxim that if you are you have hurt the newborn but it might be worth checking out.
otherwise it could just be a time of year thing .doesn`t matter what go to the docs ok. I enjoy sufferd from this for years and have be checked for all sorts including polycystic ovaries and unfortunatly STD's none of the examination came pay for positive apart from an abnormal smear which shows i own abnormal cell in my cervic and own to go for a smear every year and lazer treatment if have need of be following a coloscopy this is the only entry they can put the pain down to as adjectives other test be negative.
speak to your GP who will know how to suggest a ultra sound ( for polycystic overies) and a smear assessment etc. please dont worry going on for what i have said i of late wanted to offer an honest answer ive been near not still have no concrete idea i own just learn to live with it. the anguish is worse when i have a moment ago had my extent like yours. it could other be that your body is changing. im not a GP i can solitary give you an insite into whats happen with me.
