Answers: I can let somebody know you that sleep deprivation is very poisonous to your health. If you dont travel to sleep eventually when you do your body will go into reverberation. Meaning that you will have much more REM sleep and you will sleep much longer to trademark up for sleep debt. All that REM sleep will make you touch crappy and groggy until you catch up. I wouldn't mess around near it for too long. GO TO SLEEP. If you havent slept yet than you are if truth be told comparable to someone who is drunk. You lose your ability to find and motor skills in the extremely same way a drunk personality does. I hope you are not driving.
why the hack do you want to deprive yourself from sleeping?
It is extremely dangerous.
If you own not slept for three days, your mind will start to do crazy things. You need to be especially careful because your mind will start to break down and you will progress "crazy". You can die of sleep deprivation, but it has not be long enough. You want the sleep you are hurting your body unless you have something explicitly much more important than sleep. After not sleeping this long it will help yourself to pure adrenaline to keep you awake. If you excercise regularly consequently excercising will keep up your adenaline. Caffiene will save you awake if you are not someone who drinks it regualarly but you crash really hard. You might want to try a drugstore and they may enjoy a pill to take but adjectives that stuff does bad things to your body. Or better on the other hand...GO TO SLEEP!
