Joint pains and bloody stool?

What does this sound close to? I have sooo copious symptoms

* Lower abdominal cramps on left and right sides (used to be single on right but moved to left) going for about 2 months

* have appendix out 3 months ( they found bag of infectous fluid around appendix but no actual appendicitis

* Pain is more or less the same as I be having near bag of fluid


* Have have 6 episodes of stool with blood contained by last 2 months. Its not profusely of blood mostly just a streak on the tissue newspaper or on the stool

* Yellow mucus around stool (sometimes tiny specks of blood in mucus

* Joint pains

* other tired

Does anyone know what this sounds like?? I am have tests done, but would appreciate the abet.
