Even the soft cotton bras have horrible synthetic fabric on the inside! Am I the only woman who get itchy there? Any solutions?

Answers:    I know how you perceive! I have extremely sensitive skin. I work from home, so most of the time I freshly rock a sports bra. If I go out, I hold a few cotton ones that I ripped the nylon/polyester mesh out of the middle piece.
