Question roughly speaking Vitamin D and sunlight...?

Does the sunlight have to directly touch your skin or will you increase vitamin D within your skin if the sunlight is coming through a window?


Answers:    It depends on the type of cup that is surrounded by the window.

The skin produces Vitamin D when it is exposed to Ultra Violet (UV) lighting. Some energy rationalized windows own an extremely thin, invisible coating of aluminum inside the chalice.
