Is acrophobia considered as a dual diagnosis?

I'm afraid of heights. I don't close to the feeling of human being "on top of the world". I don't know the thrill that roller coasters, bungee jump or rock climbing bring. Unlike most people, I don't plan on visit the Eiffel Tower of Paris or the Leaning Tower of Pisa. I don't even know the feeling of traveling via an airplane. My friend told me that specific phobias are types of dual diagnosis. Do I enjoy dual diagnosis? Do I need to capture treatment?

Answers:    Acrophobia or any type of specific phobia is considered as a dual diagnosis if it is accompanied by an misuse of alcohol or drugs. So I guess I can't really answer your question unless you narrate me whether you're addicted to drugs and alcohol or not. Some phobias do not require to be treated because they are not that serious. I mean, you're okay as long as you stay away from elevated places. Right? I guess there's no need to verbs that much.
Dual diagnoses generally refer to havingt Mental Health issues within addition to human being Mentally Retarded. Another example of dual diagnoses is having mental robustness issues in appendage to drug and alcohol addictions. Having one or more mental strength issues is called comorbidity.
