Sometimes in the evening I'm tired and my subsidise might hurt. So I'll drink a vodka/cranberry and take an advil beside it. My mom is horrified. I only do it probably once every week or so. Seriously, how impossible is that?

Answers:    If you have one drink and clutch one Advil once a week, that's probably not the worst thing you can do. Make sure you drink some hose as well. Still, the sticky label on the Advil advises against taking it next to alcohol, or at all if you consume closely of alcohol regularly.

not sure, but I don't think medication of any type should be mixed beside alcohol. It's good to play it undamaging.
