I cant sleep and its driving me crazy.Please relief me....?

Okay so I have be having problems sleeping for times gone by month.I cannot sleep before 3am EVERYNIGHT.I propose i begin response sleepy at about 10-11pm but when I move about to bed nothing happen.I toss and turn and walk until something like 3am and then I trip up asleep.

I have also notice that IF I do fall asleep until that time 3am,the sleep is not restful.I usually get impossible dreams or I sleep lightly and any nouns wake me up.It is driving me crazy as I am opinion the effect of it now.I am a university student and I use lots of vitamins.I chomp through healthy,exercise everyday and am exceptionally intuned to my body.

I dont know if this would help surrounded by answering my question but I drank coffee for years[I grew up beside grandparents,lol.]. Even now when I drink coffee its not to hang on to me awake,because it does not,I just drink it because I love how it taste.I can drink an entire pot of black coffee and fall asleep right after.My mom told me I am a caffine user so I have not have coffee in months purely to prove her wrong.lol.


Answers:    A simple exercise in Yoga to destroy sleeplessness is called Yoga Nidra. Nidra channel sleep.Please follow the guideline correctly. In this Yoga, you have to determine the most comfortable posture for you to sleep. When you stir up after sleeping, do not move your body.Observe closely your posture i.e. whether you are lying to your left or right,the position of your team leader,shoulder,hands and legs etc. This is going to be your fixed posture to start sleeping. This differs from person to character.
Next step relates to your breathing.Having taken the predecided posture you have to retribution attention to your breathing. You are inhaling and exhaling breath.You have to count from 100 to 1 backwards, mentally. When you inhale, you do not count, but when you exhale you should right to be heard in your mind 100. When you exhale the subsequent breath , you say 99 . Like this you enjoy to count backwards. No other thoughts should enter your mind during this Yoga. If any thought do enters your mind, discard it and restart counting from 100 . This will induce extremely deep and nouns sleep and when you get up you will have a feeling springy and bouncy. My request, teach this Yoga exercise to as heaps persons as possible. A apt sleep is real bequest of God.
try taking melatonin about an hour or two since you want to go to bed, it should facilitate you, it doesn't make you get the impression all drugged, a moment ago more sleepy. It helped me alot when I used to work darkness shift and had to sleep contained by the day time.
Also, 8 classes? and if you're working higher than that, I would say that might be why you own bad dreams, you are too stressed.
