Tricks for falling asleep??

i dont know why but i have the hardest time falling asleep. its already 11:19, and im not wired or anything, im of late not falling asleep no matter how long i a moment ago lay there.

r here any good tricks I can use?


Answers:    As abnormal as it seems, drink a cup of milk or eat a slice of turkey or chicken...if you own some...they contain trytophan and it will help you to sleep! If adjectives else fails...purloin Tylenol PM or Benadryl...they are BOUND to knock you out!
make sure your room is terribly dark. put on a satin eye cover(i use this) and you probably should also help yourself to some "Melatonin" its a natural pill that you nick and will not make you groggy the subsequent morning and has NO side effects. but it will abet you fall asleep quick and then hold on to you sleeping all through the darkness. it has two layer. you could also go the doc and he/she could administer you a perscription. o yeah, and also try a sound designer. i have Tinnitus (ringing surrounded by the ears) and i sometimes i have a not easy time ignoring the ring, i use a nouns maker, and a short time ago helps me drift bad to sleep land. lol...GOOD LUCK!
