Anyway to release (body) gas?
I just consumed a generous amount of sweets and more junk food and enjoy major gas/poop pains. When i try to walk to the bathroom i can sit for like 10 minutes and undeniably nothing happen.... my stomach is just one big gas bubble... what can i do??

Answers: Rub your belly. Kind of hard too and that does wonders...works immediatly too. Rub below your belly button to your pelvic bone...anything above and it hurts or feel weird. Don't rub for too long any or you'll get diareah or loose stools subsequently.
A lot of walking will get your insides moving, and you'll release that gas build up. :-)
