I have be off work for 8 wk next to a illness which have just be diagnosed and treatment now one given.

When i 1st went on sick i be admitted into hospital, and since consequently under gone diverse investigations and they have freshly diagnosed me and now we can look at medication to control it.

Work own said i should stay of till it is correctly diagnosed and i am 100% ( fair point ).

But in the past i went on sick i applied for a duty closer to home, and found out i have a interview this month 16th and i am looking to return to work 1st Nov, as my appointment beside the hospital for the all clear to be in motion back is the 25th.

So as a NHS hand do they have the right to embargo me the job due to my current sickness ?

I will as expected explain the situation and be honest but if anyone out there can recommend me or give in attendance opinion it would be effective.
