How do YOU disagree insomnia?

for the past couple months i havent be able to force myself to shift to sleep at a decent hour...i budge to sleep around 4,5 am the earliest...

i try so so so so so hard to freshly FORCE MYSELF to get into bed but i purely keep finding things i own to do before i sleep

resembling clean up, take my clothes ready for tomorrow, do my nail (for work), email someone back that i hold been putting bad etc etc etc

tried sleeping pills and nyquil but i just scrap through the tiredness


Answers:    ok this is def. a tough one!
try meditation it'll help you really relax
and construct sure you get what you NEED to procure done that day. If it's 12:00 at darkness and you are like.. "oh i stipulation to clean up!"
all right you don't NEED to clean up and although it's not apposite to procrasinate it is neccessary to get a obedient night sleep sometimes. When you assume of something you should do just ask your self "do i ABSOLUTLY own to do it?" as in if you don't complete that charge will something bad evolve? if the answer is yes then you own to do it.. if the answer is no.. write it down on a note wipe and save it for the subsequent day
I hold the same problem,I asked the give somebody the third degree here on runeed.coms and a person proposed I try drinking a cup of coffee since I go to sleep.
This will hold me awake for a half hour and later ware off,departing me tired.I have not tried this however,we can both try it tho,message me if it works for you in overnight case you try this :P.
