Are you near-sighted (as I assume)? How old are your specs. When was the later time you had your eyes examined.
I own always worn goggles since I was a child, but a couple of years ago, I needed bi-focal. I have to take sour my glasses when I read--and know something was wrong. It's probably time to engender an appointment again as your vision may own changed.
