Really run down and sooo sick! abet!?

so i have be really stressed out with academy and i have be up late near homework and studying. i am now fancy really sick as a result (well atleast im assuming). i have a headache, body ache, horrible chills, and im really weak. i dont know how to be aware of better because i really just cant give somebody a lift a break. tomorrow i have 2 test and if i miss school i will be mode behind and poorly be even more stressed then i am presently because i will have a ton of makeup work, not only just the tests. what can i do? i consistency awful? and as im feeling it will bring me out of many days of institution and i really cant afford to do that. and i have a 101.5 disorientation. and i have a volleyball spectator sport tomorrow and i know thats not as important as my strength but im the captain and i really would not want to miss it. i dont know how in good health id be capable of function at school tomorrow though.

It make you drowsy and when you fall asleep, you tumble into a deeper sleep. The deeper your sleep, the better. Only do it a couple times though. Wouldn't want you to become addicted to it. Also, take a day after day herbal pill, I take those and they harmonize out your emotions, they soothe your brain and form you in a better mood. Try to stay away from caffines because those breed you hyper then drain you. Vitamins are key too. Proteins and irons can make you grain a lot better. Stay hydrated. Those are adjectives pretty simple things you can do that aren't time consuming. Hope i helped!
