Answers: I would ask the local schools - they should own an average lowest absentee light of day for you.
It would be hard for us to answer due to the certainty it would all depend on the arts school, ages of children, location, etc.

My guess would be that on Mondays and Fridays more kids would be absent - thats when my kids miss the most days.
