There are natural teas, natural, holistic, homeopathic etc avenues out there and ya might want cogitate about your routine also such as exercise etc.
Traditional Medicinals make a line of teas and I've tried "Smooth Move" altho I don't approaching tea, but it works on occasions where on earth I've been stressed which cause things not to work so smoothly. I haven't tried anything for sleep issues because I don't experience any chronic sleep problems but for constipation tea and other natural remedies such as aloe liquid and yogurt has worked for me. Perhaps near is something out there that can relief while you work at changing routine.
Working out help a lot. I have similar problems. When I started to exercise i slept much better through the night.
