What are some practical ways to reorganize my drinking traditions?
I'm a large school senior, and a lifestyle close to this will lead me to lipitor and multiple bypasses, I don't want that.
Instead of going to burger king for lunch, I lately started going to subway, and I usually eat yogurt and drink 100% pure ginger juice (not from concentrate). I lift a multivitamin that consists of 8 different pills each year.
My problem is I usually find myself at home wanting snacks in between meal, meals are usually weighty fried, containing lots of butter, pizza, or microwavable junk food. Potato chips or fries kind nice snacks. Pop seems to be the drink of choice. Obviously not much of this is vigorous, but what can I do to keep enjoy good food, while still ingestion healthy.
I would approaching to change my ingestion habits while I am still contained by relatively good shape, and perchance someone reading the question may want to remodel their eating as in good health.
Answers: you need to cut down the frequency and amount of your second-hand goods food. Unhealthy food and junk food is other the tasty ones... What you hold to know is you need not to cut them stale completely, but cut down the portion and frequency you take them such as one week once or twice...
