Answers:    I resembling the original sudafed (psuedoephederine), it seem to work better for me (my wife, too), but it is a pain to win now. Most places enjoy it behind the pharmacy counter and time limit your purchase, check your ID, etc., because it is used as an ingredient in crystal meth.
Then they come out with sudafed PE, which is really phenylepherine, no sudafed within it at all. I guess this can't be made into anything desperate. Both are vasoconstrictors/decongestants, but the original is better (I feel).
So . . . . if you hold the original, use it (but don't brand name any crystal meth - it rots your teeth).
