I am have trouble getting up contained by the morning. Any accepted wisdom?
Answers: A enormously loud, annoying alarm clock AWAY from your bed. Or have someone phone you on your telephone. Or perchance drink a cup of decaff tea before bed...er, so you enjoy to get up! pah
A sleep cyle runs on 1 and 1/2 hours.... So to get up up so you're not tired, strategically try to get a hours of sleep base on what is devisible by 1 and 1/2 hours... =]
