I am have trouble getting up contained by the morning. Any accepted wisdom?

I have to get up up at 5:00 a.m. every morning. I don't go to bed past due at all (only nine oclock usually) and I don't do much during the light of day (I really don't) but when my alarm clock rings I can't keep from pressing the snooze. I merely can't wake up, I guess. Any thinking not involving 'get more sleep'?


Answers:    A enormously loud, annoying alarm clock AWAY from your bed. Or have someone phone you on your telephone. Or perchance drink a cup of decaff tea before bed...er, so you enjoy to get up! pah
A sleep cyle runs on 1 and 1/2 hours.... So to get up up so you're not tired, strategically try to get a hours of sleep base on what is devisible by 1 and 1/2 hours... =]
