I ate at a buffet-style restaurant for lunch today. I ate a normal size banquet....1 plate with typical serving sizes, 1 lemon square for dessert.... I didn't eat much at adjectives. About an hour after we got home I started response sick. It is 10 hours later and I still get the impression sick. I am lightheaded, Cramp stomach ache, No appetite and if I do munch through anything I feel approaching im going to puke. Food poisoning?

Answers:    Have you been vomiting and own diarrhea? V&D is the first sign of food poisoning.If not , it is possible something just did not sit right on your stmach
