Blushing. PLEASE HELP.?
Answers: This used to happen to me too, and it still does sometimes.
For me, it be because I was worried I be going to disappoint everyone around me or not live up to what they expected, so I would get really coy anytime I had to do something resembling answer a question within class or lead a squad on a project or something. Then when I knew I be turning redder than the apple on the teacher's desk, it made it even worse.
Getting that to stop is just a event of relaxing. Being nervous or dismayed and blushing happens because we catch so worried about something. In my skin I got worried give or take a few getting worried, and that just kept making things worse haha.
My suggestion to you is to just try and travel tunnel vision on doesn`t matter what you have to do. If you hold to read a presentation, just focus on that presentation. Don't try to pretend that not a soul is there, because that in actuality just make you think give or take a few the people looking at you even more. You hold to just dream up about the essay, or the examine, or whatever it is you own to do and just not leave your job room in your focus for anything else.
Remember that if the coach is asking you a question, he or she is the with the sole purpose you have to answer. The unharmed class is basically only just listening within on your conversation, so it's their own problem if they don't like what they hear.
and don't forget to be proud of yourself once you're done near the presentation! However well you carried it out be a lot better than it would hold been if you hadn't done it at adjectives.
Good luck!
I'm sure your presentation will go great :)
wow i want i knew the answer i'm exactly alike i almost die of embarrasment i've even been tease about it which basically makes it worse! I don't know a proper solution but i read somewhere a while ago that if you know you've gone red instead of panic tell yourself its ok to run red and then it go quicker maybe it works but it never have for me.
good luck next to your presentation
