(about 1/2 an inch big) but they are kinda under the skin...i estimate they may be boils but i'm not too sure. what does that sound similar to to you? what do you do about them? are they unhygienic? what causes them? and what can you do to prevent them? also, when they are squeezed, pus and plentifully of blood comes out.

On the thigh? Sounds like conceivably an ingrown hair. Try and pluck out adjectives the offending hairs essential it. Squeeze the pus out and disinfect the area next to alcohol.
