was hospitalized almost two days ago. I be given three bags of Saline, and as a result, I own retained so much water. I am bloated, swollen, and enjoy gained 9 pounds. How long does it bring for Saline to leave the body, and when can I expect to loose the bloat and added immensity?

Answers:    There are a lot of different reason why you may be swollen (edematous), but the IV is not a major culprit (unless here is some renal disease or other problem preventing you from excreting the fluids). Either way, 3 liters of saline don't include up to 9 pounds by themselves, and there are heaps ways that your body does redistribute and attain rid of excess fluids (though urination is the biggie).
See your doc and maybe they can explain more or verbs to search for a better answer.
