Im 18 and newly get TMJ....does it seize better or worse ....if i merely donate it?
Answers: If you leave it you will probably closing up having to catch surgery when you are older... because your chin bones are currently rubbing together... and if you leave it they will wither away. Sooner or subsequently it will be necessary to replace or build up your integrated. That might not be until your an old geezer, but I don't judge it's worth it.
I have TMJ and the best solution I hold found is to go to a chiropractor. He only just jiggles my jowl about every 2 weeks and it is next noticeably smoother to unfold and close.
Your other option (besides a rotting chin =P) is to go to a TMJ specialist. They will after make you splits... which are approaching retainers that go down over the flat piece of your teeth where you chew. I regard as it's horrible... you have to mush your food in the past you eat it... individuals can see that you're wearing them, etc. It is also VERY expensive... and can move your teeth around (which is no good if you've have braces in the past).
Now I'm doing great... my TMJ is lower than control, and I don't have to verbs about the long residence side effects... and I'm only 19. Get yourself some sustain =]
