Should employer hold access to their workforce medical/genetic information?
Answers: Employers MUST have access to your medical chronicles. What if you get sick or lightheaded while at work? If they don't know what condition(s) you have, how can they treat you until the ambulance arrives? While at work if they KNOW you stipulation to drink, eat, or filch medication after a certain number of hours, the department regulator will MAKE SURE you get the break time to do that, so you do not enjoy an attack or seizure. If they did not know and asked you to bottleneck your break, it would be YOUR responsibility for withholding the information. An employer, once they hire you, CANNOT discriminate due to a medical condition. If they do, you have a MAJOR lawsuit against them.
What?
