I maintain Feeling Thirsty? Any Help?

Well from a few hours ive been wanting drinks, so i preserve drinkign lots of milk...

Is milk okay to drink when thirsty?

its very singular i do get thirsty,,, is this simply hormones? or something ime only 13.?

thankfulness people... is it lately one of those nights where on earth i feel abit thirsting?

just utter its like a 1 past its sell-by date this thirtyness i dont usually get this


Answers:    Excessive thirst is a sign of Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) less ................... eat more foods rich contained by this vitamin ie: Wheat Bran, liver, fish, soy beans, cantaloupe, rockmelon, cabbage, blackstrap molasses, unmilled rice, eggs, oats, peanuts and walnuts.

Also, go carry yourself a good trait multi B complex supplement including all the B's as they work best together ie: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12.

Antidepressants, drinking too much tinned foods and drinking too much alcohol can all grounds vitamin B complex depletion . Particularly tricyclic antidepressants............. soooooo pump up on those vitamin B tablets.

The B complex of vitamins is a water soluble group and as such our bodies can neither store or produce them and we inevitability to ingest them on a daily starting place ........... you can't take too heaps B vitamin tablets as our bodies will simply use what they need and excrete the excess.
