Answers: I hold the same point at my L-4,L-5 level and hold struggled for a year and a half immediately and am 28. I also have a fissure(crack surrounded by the disc) and severe arthritis. I have tried multiple things for treatment including: facet shots,traction,exercises,chiropractic vigilance,accupuncture,accupressure,pain meds,muscle relaxers and spinal injections and a rhizotomy. Unfortunately the solely relief I get was after one of the shots for give or take a few 2months. This type of injury can cause the symptoms you are have. I am so sorry that you don't have any insurance. I be an office nurse working on my foot all year and it was becoming beyond the pale so I changed jobs and presently have a desk living at an Orthopedic office which have helped alot next to that. I currently see a spine specialist and a pain paperwork doctor. The next step we enjoy talked roughly speaking is an intrathecal pump which delivers aching meds right to the injured area instead of taking them in words and having them walk through the liver and kidneys and making you loopy however there are risks near this including infection and I am not yet arranged to have something inserted within my spine. As you can see there are lots options out nearby and some people respond ably to things that don't work for others. The cheapest thing I tried be the chiropractor-my insurance didn't cover it so you could start there conceivably? make sure they enjoy your results so they know what they are dealing with and ONLY SEE A CHIROPRACTOR THAT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED MAYBE EVEN BY A DR. otherwise you could closing up worse off. That and I don`t know switching jobs would serve. Sorry I wasn't more helpful. If you seize a job beside good benefits thay would cover most of these procedures so that's what I would do within your shoes.
