Answers: Mostly. Anything in your sneeze is something that would run down your throat via post nasal drip anyway. Bacteria can travel this method, however, from your nose down your esophagus and bronchial tubes and dispense you respiratory problems or stomach problems.

This isn't a given, however, it only works for some microbes or viruses. Nonetheless, it's other better to blow into a Kleenex and discard it than to swallow it.
