Do you achieve nosebleeds from a dearth of protein??
A few days after I feel better, I got a great deal of nosebleeds. Two, three a day, usually surrounded by the morning.
I thought it was because of my cold- my snout may have be irritated by blowing it so much.
My mom told me it was because I don't put away enough meat. (I'm somewhat a vegetarian)
I mull over she might have newly told me this to scare me into consumption more meat, but I'm not sure, because I just get a nosebleed today aswell.
So my question is, do you take nosebleeds from not eating meat or protein??
Answers: Some proteins and vitamins own roles in blood-clotting, but you appear to have irritated your antenna during the cold. The mucus layer covering inside your trunk has become vastly dry and that's why it cracks and bleeds. Try inhaling steam of eucalyptus, and apply some vit A+D ointment around and inside your nose(eye oint preferred). And,do not blow it too not easy!
Lack of iron.
