Ouch! I in recent times run down my street and immediately my calfs (the bottom of my legs) hurt. What do I do?




Answers:    You could have pulled a muscle.You could rub it where on earth it hurts, soak in the tub too. Ice is polite for pain, not warmth. Depending what you have at home (I hold an ice bag), you can use a washcloth and wrap a couple rime cubes in it or dump the rime tray into a ziplock and keep the rime bag covered next to a cloth and place it on your pain for 15 minutes. Take it sour for 15 minutes and back on for 15 min. Repeat until (hopefully) the spasm has subsided.
