Ok, I RARELY ever take nap but every once and while i do, if im REALLY tired. So I took one yesterday, and i ALWAYS wake up sense feverish, extremely hot though the house can be freezing at times, and theres an itchy, gross opinion and taste contained by my mouth, even if i brushed my teeth before. I usually also enjoy a headache and im dizzy. the same piece happened yesterday. why do i grain that way?

Answers:    It happen to me sometimes, too. I noticed it might be mild dehydration. Try drinking a chalice or two of water past going to sleep, and keep some by your bed within case you rouse up. It seems to work for me.

You don't mention if you lift your nap contained by the same place you usually sleep at hours of darkness. If it is on the couch, perhaps you are departing your head on the arm or some other unusual position. By doing so, you are disappearing the cervical spine in an eccentric position and it will have an effect on the adapt of position when you arise from the nap.
